Privacy on Supportia

Newsletter requests, provider applications and guide feedback are stored privately in this WordPress installation. They are not automatically published, sold or presented as testimonials.

Guide feedback

Feedback may include an outcome, selected reason, optional device description, optional comment, source guide and submission time. No email or account is required. It is used to identify unclear, outdated or missing help. Do not submit passwords, recovery codes or other private account information.

Newsletter requests

Email addresses are stored with submission time, consent-text version and a pending-confirmation status. They may later be securely exported to a shared newsletter platform with appropriate confirmation and unsubscribe controls. Supportia does not claim that a pending request is an active marketing subscription.

Provider applications

Provider details are stored privately for manual review. An application does not automatically create or publish an expert profile.

Research and aggregated insights

Supportia may analyse aggregated problem and feedback categories across its own websites when a compatible shared system is introduced. Source website and page must remain identifiable. Public comments, identities, profile images and reviews are not republished without an appropriate right, licence or official integration.

Data minimisation and administration

Only the fields shown in each form are collected. Feedback exports are restricted to authenticated administrators and include the source site and source page so records can later be imported without losing context.

The site owner must publish the final legal identity, privacy contact channel and retention periods when those details are confirmed. Supportia does not invent company or contact information.
