Newsletter requests and provider applications are stored privately in this WordPress installation for manual review. They are not published, sold, or used for marketing until the person has completed the required confirmation process.

We collect only the fields shown in each form, the submission time, consent text version, and workflow status. Provider applications are reviewed before any public profile is created.

Before production launch, the data-controller identity, contact channel, retention periods, processors, cookie use, deletion-request procedure, and final lawful-basis wording must be confirmed and published here.
