Privacy on Supportia

Supportia collects only the information submitted through the forms described below, together with the source page, submission time, consent-text version and workflow status where applicable. Submitted records are stored privately in this WordPress installation and are not automatically published, sold or presented as testimonials.

Guide feedback

Guide feedback may include an outcome, selected reason, optional device description and optional comment. No email or account is required. Feedback is used to identify unclear, outdated or missing help. Do not submit passwords, recovery codes or other private account information.

Newsletter requests

Email addresses may be collected for later import into a shared newsletter service. A stored request is marked as pending and is not represented as an active marketing subscription. No newsletter is currently sent through this website.

Provider applications, claims and experiences

Provider applications, listing claims, corrections and provider experiences are stored privately for manual review. A submission does not automatically create or verify a profile, publish a review, create a star rating or affect directory ranking. An email address may be used to validate a submission or representation.

Measurement and external services

The site may load measurement tools through Google Tag Manager. The final list of measurement providers, cookies, purposes, legal bases and retention settings must be verified against the active tag and consent configuration.

Data administration

Access and export are restricted to authenticated administrators. The legal data-controller identity, privacy contact channel, request procedure and final retention periods have not yet been confirmed for publication. These items remain an explicit compliance blocker and must be completed with verified owner information; Supportia does not invent company or contact details.
